medicaltracker.patrick-leger.workers.dev is a static marketing site. It does not use cookies for tracking, does not offer sign-in, and does not receive your health data. Cloudflare may process standard web server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) as part of hosting.
The Medical Tracker app
Medical Tracker is a personal health journal. Your entries are stored in your Apple iCloud account via CloudKit. The developer does not operate a central database of your journal contents.
Data you enter
Depending on how you use the app, this may include symptoms, medications, food logs, exercise, vitals, appointments, notes, and similar health-related information you choose to record.
Optional online features
Some features (for example, AI-assisted lookups) may send specific text you submit to third-party APIs when you explicitly use those features. Those requests are initiated by you in the app; review in-app disclosures for the current providers and behavior.
Exports & sharing
PDF and other exports are generated on your device. Any sharing with clinicians or others is under your control.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13. Do not use it for child accounts without appropriate guardian oversight.
Changes
This policy may be updated when the app or site changes materially. The “Last updated” date above will be revised accordingly.
